Position: Asst. Manager (F & B)

Job Description

Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her.

Role & Responsibilities

Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly.

Organizing duty rotas of service staff.

Cost control, inventory, Training

Maintaining SOP for quality.

Should able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sale

Guest interaction, menu planning.

Addressing guest requirement and reaching to them
Manpower planning and good team management abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile: Smart presentable candidate with good communication and at least 01 year experience in relevant industry in same category of hotel at least. Hotel Management Fresher may also apply.

Experience Required: 3-5 years experience.  However, at least 1 year  should be in the same position.

Skills : Good interpersonal skills, pleasing personality, work / lead the team.

Qualification Required:Graduation in Hotel & Hospitality Management from a reputed institution.

Position: Assistant (F & B) Control

Job Description

    • Obtaining stocks from Kitchens & Service outlets.

  • Attending Buffet counters,

  • Regular daily inspections of  items in food store rooms, kitchens etc  on a minimum of once per day. 

  • Cleaning inspections and checks of all store rooms. 

Monitoring Direct Store items receipts & issues

Experience Required:Fresher / 1 year similar experience

Skills :

  • Must be good both in spoken & written English.

  • Knowledge in MS Office

  • Must have good knowledge of food and beverage items, consumable items.

Qualification Required:+ 2 / with 1 year experience or Graduation

Position:Sales Executive

Job Description

    • Adhere to brand standards & SOP’s Lahari Resorts

      • Maintain all sales systems, such as sales records and reports, conference calendar, traces of history and potentials

      • Develop sales objective & strategy for the assigned business portfolio that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability 

      • Plan and carry out direct sales activities as per agreed budgets, sales volumes & values

      • Maintain and develop existing and new customer’s database through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. 

      • Consistently maintain and enhance client relationship 

      • Manage guest complaints and resolve concerns

      • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods

      • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

      • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives

      • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

      • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys

      • Attend external & internal meetings necessary to perform duties and aid business development

      • Other duties as assigned

Experience Required : 2 years experience in a  Hotel / Resort / Holiday packages

Skills : Good communication skills, pleasing personality, good knowledge in packaging services with respect to costs involved, Dynamic attitude.
