Rules For Lahari Resort Members
- The membership entitles the member for 4 complimentary Deluxe Room nights during each year of the membership.
- Rooms shall be let out only on double occupancy. Extra beds shall be charged at normal rates.
- Room bookings shall be on Economy Plan (Meals shall be billed as per membership rules)
- Complimentary rooms shall only be available from Mondays to Thursdays, however if the member wants to avail the booking for the weekends, 4 room nights shall be converted to one room night only and shall be subject to availability.
- In case the guest wants to upgrade, the following shall be applicable annually: Queen Suite: 3 nights; King Suite: 2 nights; Presidential Suite: 1 night.
- If the member is nominating another guest to use the rooms on their behalf, then the guest must carry a letter from the member and a copy of his membership card during the time of check in. Any booking of guest to be informed to head office - Marketing Department.
- Bookings for the rooms to be made 15 days in advance, and shall be subject to availability.
- The room bookings will not be available on Public Holidays and Diwali, 25th December and 31st December.
- The complimentary room nights cannot be carried forward into next year, hence they have to be availed within a given calendar year
- Members are requested to produce their membership cards to avail the benefits. Any paid facilities at the resort shall be chargeable.
